The use of Poloplast products does not preclude the user from ascertaining its compliance with the applicable stan- dards in force as well as its technological suitability for the intended purpose. Poloplast guarantees the use of related items (e.g. lids..) only on containers (e.g. cups, tubs, glas- ses) of its own production and shall not be liable in case of damage of any kind/nature resulting from improper use of such items.
