• Turn off Ceiling Fans • Bathrooms - put away toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste etc.) • Kitchen - remove dishes and clutter from counters, trashcans and pet bowls • Remove clutter from whole house (high chairs, toys, etc.) • Make items under bed not visible • Make sure leaves are blown • Put away trash cans, water hoses, and security signs • Remove security fence around pool (if applicable) • Remove pool equipment • If you do not want family photos/names shown, please remove
• Sweep away debris from outdoor walkways • Contain/remove pets • Open curtains/blinds and turn on lights • Put away personal items/valuables and clear clutter • Make beds, fold laundry, and lower toilet seat covers • Turn off TV and play soft background music • Park vehicles in garage or street • Freshen w/candles or air freshener • Create warmth when appropriate with a fireplace • Leave the house prior to a showing to give the buyer freedom to walk around comfortably
