- Birth to weaning only their mothers milk and grass - Weaning to delivery they receive CHS bull challenger, grain and grass hay in 10-14 acre pens. SALE PREPRATION - Early January Ethan Herman and his crew clipped - Late January the talented Trista DeVries pictures and videos them. As you watch the videos remember they are over 40 days old and the bulls have really matured and bloomed in that time. - Dr. Rob Thonney of Ranch Hand Veterinary Services came on Feb 17th to perform the breeding soundness exams, at which point we captured yearling weights and scrotal measurements. - We move these bulls up and down the gravel road each time we have a presale task for them to complete. We know the cattle and would encourage you to reach out with any questions or specific needs. TAG COLORS Bulls are tagged according to breed and cataloging. Green tag indicates greater then 75% Gelbvieh (GV) and considered a purebred Gelbvieh by the American Gelbvieh Association. Blue tagged bulls are Balancers. They are 75% to 25% Gelbvieh, Red Angus or Angus. Bulls carrying a white tag are purebred Red Angus.
