US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any child with a mental or physical disability. TOPSoccer creates a fun, adaptive environment for players 3 years old and up. Programs are geared toward player development rather than competition.

Boccia is a highly competitive Paralympic throwing sport, in which individuals throw leather-like balls on a marked floor with the intent to have them land as close as possible to the target ball. This program helps improve hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

Game rules are modified according to the needs of the player, whether it means a teenage buddy pushing a wheelchair around the bases, or a coach helping the child bat and field. Challenger Baseball provides players the opportunity to participate in sports, learn good sportsmanship, develop friendships, trips and greatly improve their self-esteem.
