Beginner Karate Location: Sunrise Civic Center

Tumblebears participants will use equipment such as parachutes, trampolines and balance beams to exercise and work on basic tumbling skills Gymnastics Class will focus on basic rolls, cartwheels, handstands, back walkovers and trampoline. Level 1 must have experience in order to enroll in class. * No Class 11/28, 11/30, 12/5 and 12/7.
