Label King Adds Domino N610i
Label King, located in San Diego, California, recent- ly celebrated their 20th anniversary. With more than 3.5 billion labels sold, this label printer converter has grown every year for the past two decades. Label King has continued to enhance its business with the addition of the Domino N610i digital UV inkjet label press, its first digital printing asset. OEC Graphics Launches Seamex E3 OEC Graphics, a Wisconsin-based prepress and graphics provider, has launched Seamex E3, a new ITR (in-the-round) elastomer sleeve that will com- plement the company’s original Seamex photopoly- mer sleeve product. With the purchase of a new Cosmos Flexo 2300 from German manufacturer AKK, OEC is now pro- ducing elastomer sleeves within their Oshkosh, Wisconsin, headquarters. GMG, Sun Chemical Collaborate GMG and Sun Chemical, have partnered together to create a digital color workflow system. The new solution, powered by GMG ColorCard technology, reportedly enables customers to digi- tize their color workflows. The GMG ColorCard solution has been integrated into Sun Chemical’s SunDigiProof service. The SunDigiProof service, available as part of the SunColorBox toolkit, provides precise digital draw- downs on-site and on demand. With the addition of GMG ColorCard, SunDi- giProof users can reportedly digitize and automate the production of precise digital color matches based on digitally defined colors. Avery Dennison Acquires Thermopatch Avery Dennison has acquired Thermopatch, label- ing, embellishments and transfer company involved in the sports, industrial laundry, workwear and hos- pitality industries. It will become part of the compa- ny’s Solutions Group. Thermopatch, headquartered in Syracuse, New York, had revenues of approximately $40 million in 2022, with around 200 employees, with operations in North America and Europe.
