2 Insert dust jacket between plastic and paper flush with welded edge. Cut Singlefold TM 4cm longer than book jacket.
Reinforce inside top and bottom spine of dust jacket with tape. 1
Select the size of Singlefold™ II best suited to the size of the dust jacket, making sure the jacket is not taller than the white backing paper. 1
2 Cut a piece approximately 1 cm longer than the dust jacket on each side.
3 Ensure the jacket is firmly positioned against the folded edge of plastic. Hold in place with fold back clips.
4 Cut paper to same height as dust jacket, then fold plastic.

4 Turn face down. Cut backing paper to the same height as the dust jacket. Make sure the jacket is firmly against the folded edge of film.
5 Tape down plastic to the paper on the cover but do not tape the ends.
