Returns All goods approved for return to Raeco ® must be received with a “Return Authorisation Number” which can be obtained by calling 1300 727 231. Goods must be in resaleable condition in their original unmarked packaging.
7 Day Satisfaction If any stocked item does not meet your requirement, Raeco ® will exchange, replace or credit goods provided notification is received within 7 days of receipt of goods. A minimum 10% restocking fee will apply and goods must be returned in resaleable condition in their original unmarked packaging. Raeco ® will not incur the freight cost associated with returning goods for ‘change of mind’ purchases.
