SoftPad technology, thanks to the multiple adjustable functions of the arm and nose pad and the innovative materials that we implemented, enables the user to refine the glasses ergonomics so to give an unparalleled comfort.
Outstanding adherence Maximum stability
The patented SoftPad system is designed to provide complete adaptability to the user's face. The system presents a rubber-coated terminal with tilting movement that allows it to lean on the temples with perfect adherence and grip. An adjustable nose pad is used to adapt the lens height, to allow vision through the central section where maximum optical quality is ensured.

Zeronoise technology was engineered carefully analyzing the geometry of glasses to grant the worker the best possible protection and utter comfort even while using other PPEs. Fitting is one of the most important features for glasses. An improper fit can compromise sight and can cause headaches or dizziness.

When used in combination with surgical mask or FP and during intense work activities, the lenses of protection glasses could fog up causing a condition of poor visibility and potential danger.
Univet’s R&D Department has created two ultra performing lens treatments called Vanguard. Thanks to this technology the lenses won’t tarnish, allowing their use even in extreme conditions and guaranteeing maximum protection.

Vanguard PLUS is an anti-scratch and anti-fog
Vanguard ULTRA (UDC – Ultra Double Coating) it’s a specific and distinct double treatment, anti-scratch on the outer side and anti-fog on the inner side, with outstanding performance and K and N certification. This treatment is the best solution for the most adverse environments: in fact it grants limitless fogging properties and an unparalleled resistance to abrasion. treatment, applied on both sides of the lenses, with K and N certification. This treatment guarantees anti-fogging properties 5 times greater than required by standard regulations and an abrasion resistance that is two times higher than the requirements of the EN166 norm.

Scratches are a common problem for safety glasses lenses, they can be caused by the presence of dust or by poor maintenance. Scratches may compromise lens transparency and visibility, exposing the user to risks.
Vanguard ultra performing treatments, Vanguard PLUS and Vanguard ULTRA, harden the surface of the lens for an outstanding scratch resistance while maintaining total transparency and increasing safety for the user.

In order to stress the anti-scratch qualities of the treatment, the EN 166 regulation requires 3 kg of quartz sand to be dropped from a height of 1.65 m on the lens and to subsequently check the delta in the luminance factor, which must not exceed the value of 5 Cd / Mq x lux. Did you know that
