Why did you volunteer to be a Wellbeing Officer?

thoughts, managing the juggle and ‘to do lists’ especially with 2 independent and adorable schnauzers. Undoubtedly the best way I look after my mental health and wellbeing is meditation – it provides positive mental, physical, emotional, creative and social connections. When I practice Vedic mediation daily I embrace this calm clarity and mindfulness and receive a deep positive difference in my day.

To listen and support you when you need. What are some of the ways we can challenge stigma around mental health? Have the conversation. Talk about mental health at all ages, be open and educate ourselves, no whispers or side glances, call out the jokes, memes and stop the innuendo and always use correct language in our conversations. This is a health condition that needs all our support and care. What do you do to look after your wellbeing? I mix it up and listen to my body, mind and others as to what I need. I engage with my family, friends, yoga and time with my dogs. A dog walk is great for clearing my racing
