Why did you volunteer to be a Wellbeing Officer?
What do you do to look after your wellbeing? By exercising or going for a walk, doing things that bring me joy like baking. I also try meditation from time to time. The trick is to find something that works for you.
I wanted to be able to provide a level of support to people who need it, and also advocate for the EAP program a great service that Clyde & Co offers. What are some of the ways we can challenge stigma around mental health? By talking more openly about it, raising more awareness in the office space not just on R U OK? Day but all year round. Organise guests speakers/webinar on the topic.
