What are some of the ways we can challenge stigma around mental health? Showing compassion for those who have reached out to you and be honest about your own experiences to people. How do you promote positive mental health practices? Have a good night rest (7-8 hours) and attending a social gathering with friends at least once per week.

What do you do to look after your wellbeing? I usually start my day with daily affirmations and I generally keep active by hitting the gym / going for a walk (without my devices) after a long day at work.
