My personal experience made me realise the importance of mental health. I have been helped by others, and I want to continue to help others, so that more people can stay mentally healthy. Why should we look after our physical and mental wellbeing? Physical fitness keeps our bodies strong and mental fitness helps us stay positive and happy. When we are physically and mentally healthy, we enjoy our life and are able to cope with stress at work better.
