About Wellbeing Officers
The role of a Wellbeing Officer is to be a point of contact for any employee who is experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress.
Our team members are trained on how to support in a number of different areas, including those who may be developing a mental health concern. They do not diagnose mental health conditions, but they do offer initial support and direction to appropriate professional help.
Please reach out to any of our team who will be more than willing to listen. Please note that all conversations with Wellbeing Officers are 100% confidential unless there is a danger to the individual or others.
The interactions could range from having an initial conversation with
someone through to supporting the person
to get appropriate help if necessary.
