Why did you volunteer to be a Wellbeing Officer?

What do you do to look after your wellbeing? I usually try to do some activities to relax myself, such as listening to some music and hiking. It's also useful to share my story with my friends, especially if I am feeling down and I know that my friend will never judge me. What are your book or podcast recommendations on the topic of mental health? • Hope and Help for Your Nerves: End Anxiety Now • Emotional First Aid.

I believe mental health is very important for everyone, which can also makes the firm a welcoming, vibrant and successful organisation. I have good communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, to be a good listener. I think I may be able to help my colleagues who basically work with me every day. What are some of the ways we can challenge stigma around mental health? I think it may not be easy. But perhaps we can start by making more people aware of what mental health problems are, for example by organising some training and watching films about mental health problems.
