The minimum bending radius is 5 times the cable’s outer diameter (O.D.).
For example, if the cable outer diameter is 10mm, the minimum bending radius is 50 \mm.
However, within 300mm from the cable connector (point a), the minimum bending radius should be 15 times the cable’s outer diameter.

Standard Radius:
≥ 5 x Cable Diameter ≥ 15 x Cable Diameter
Near Connector (First 300mm):
Minimize Repeated Bending
Avoid environments where the cable is repeatedly bent or twisted. In areas with continuous bending, use CABLE CHAIN or flexible protective CABLE SLEEVE to reduce cable wear. For processes with frequent driver movement, we recommend using Mountz Durable Cables.
