GREG BARSH
JOSH CLEVENGER
Greg Barsh, MD, PhD , is a faculty investigator and Smith Family Chair in Genomics at the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology and a professor of genetics at Stanford University. His research group studies the genetic and evolutionary mecha- nisms that underlie differences in individual appearance, and that could give new insight into both basic biology and human disease.
Josh Clevenger, PhD , is a faculty investigator at the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. He focuses his research efforts on crop improvement for sustainable agriculture, specifically on helping small and underserved breeding programs and farmers worldwide intro- duce genomics into their breeding practices.

GREG COOPER
Greg Cooper, PhD , is a faculty investigator at the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. His work focuses on un- derstanding the genomic basis
Nick Cochran, PhD , is a faculty investigator at the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. His work focuses on genomic approaches to the diagno- sis and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. He and his lab aim to better understand genetic changes that contribute to the development and progression of neurode- generative diseases and those that may increase an individual’s risk of disease.
