What has AMBA accreditation and membership of the AMBA network meant for your school since your accreditation was first announced? “It has significantly enhanced our school’s reputation and credibility within the local and global business education landscape and affirms our commitment to maintaining high educational standards and delivering an exceptional learning experience that aligns with international benchmarks. “Furthermore, the AMBA network has provided invaluable access to a global community of business schools, facilitating the exchange of ideas, best practices and collaborative opportunities. This has been instrumental in keeping our curriculum and teaching methods innovative and relevant. It is an ongoing journey that not only strengthens our position in the global education market but also profoundly impacts our students’ learning experiences and career trajectories.” How would you describe your business school’s unique selling point (USP) to other members of the AMBA network? “The Faculty of Economics and Business – Zagreb distinguishes itself through a fusion of academic rigour and real-world relevance, fostering a dynamic learning environment. Across the wider university, there are estimated to be more than 70,000 students and close to 8,000 instructors. An organiser and host of numerous research and professional conferences, the Faculty of Economics and Business – Zagreb also publishes six academic journals in the fields of economics and business, most of which are listed in leading research databases, such as Scopus and Web of Science.
