lick spotlight - Hazel
The passing of our dear friend Mark Finley’s dog “Dudley,” has saddened all of us at Lick, but especially Mark who created “Dudley’s World” and so many other endearing creations including calendars around his beloved Dudley. Mark just revived his strength to find his new Dudley. As Mark says.. “We’re calling her ‘Hazel’ (due to her green eyes) also, it’s a cute name and she seems to have taken to it! She’s from south Texas (although she’s a “Democrat”!) and has been a perfect angel.
Hazel gets along with ALL dogs! That’s a nice change. I assume “It’s a girl thing!” XO - Mark "No Mark, getting along with other girls is not a girl thing. It’s a sweet, considerate and loving thing. And we hope getting along in general just becomes a 'people thing' soon! We wish you every happiness with 'Hazel.' And we look forward to her being the new contributor and author of Lick Magazine’s 'Hazel’s World' soon!"
