OPERATIONAL READINESS 1. To ensure Operational Readiness of all FM building services working in close collaboration with the FM Team, Health & Safety, FM Contractors and Stratford Delivery Team 2. Work with key stakeholders to ensure that any critical service design workstreams are undertaken and agreed to feed in to and enable the development of building service strategies and procedures, identifying gaps and adding them to scope where necessary 3. To assist the Head of Campus Services and Hard FM Manager in the development and implementation of service strategies and procedures relating to the safe and efficient operation, management and maintenance of the new building including (but not limited to): Security; Cleaning; Building Maintenance; Statutory Compliance; Deliveries & Post; Fire & Evacuation; Waste Management 4. BIM (Building Information Management) – Working with BIM Consultant, FM, Project and FM contractor colleagues as well as construction PMs/Partners/Design Team, lead in the development of a BIM implementation plan including identification of software solutions to enable UAL to make the most of the opportunity presented by BIM Level 2, enabling the Estates Team to improve building maintenance 1. To lead on the planning and implementation of a phased de-cluttering strategy for the 6 existing College sites to ensure that no unnecessary or unwanted items are brought to the new building or are left in the existing building 2. Plan and implement a decommissioning strategy for each building and execute this strategy at the point that the buildings are unoccupied 3. Work in close consultation with the Project Delivery Team, FF&E + Occupation Senior Project Manager, Relocation Specialists and key stakeholders to plan and manage the physical relocation from six sites to the new building at Stratford processes reduce cost in operation Relocation Planning & Relocation
