How to make a Cranberry Gin Fizz
Pour one part gin (1oz-1.5oz based on preference) into a tall cocktail glass. Add two parts (roughly 2oz) organic cranberry juice. Add a teaspoon of real cranberry relish or a chunky cranberry sauce (don’t use the gelled together canned cranberry sauce) and mix together. Fill glass with ice. And now to add some bubbles, as bubbles always feel more celebratory. Top off with your choice of Prosecco to add some bubbly sweetness, or a bubbly mineral water like Pellegrino for a little extra hydration. Optional: Garnish with a sprig of rosemary to complement the gin and another teaspoon of cranberry relish on top.
