Experience Proven experience of estimating costs for winning TFM bids

Experience of estimating costs for winning Higher Education FM bid(s) Knowledge of working with CRM system Knowledge of how the ‘student experience’ influences University thinking around their estate provision

Skills/Ability and Knowledge

Thorough knowledge of outsourced FM market and services

Estimating of costs for bids with predominantly self-delivery TFM solutions Ability to work with and influence colleagues from across the business Excellent numerical and good written and verbal communication skills – in particular an excellent working knowledge of Excel is required Commercial understanding of risks around TFM contracts and services

Ability to accurately identify costs from written bid documentation from clients

Understanding of impact of inflation on costs over time

Ability to accurately model client-provided performance deduction / incentivisation mechanisms Educated to degree or Higher National Certificate level in relevant degree (eg. Building management, construction, finance, etc) Can quickly develop professional relationships internally and externally
