[It should be remembered that this list represents only a fraction of the service of Biola in the homelands. In the first place, the statistics on this page represent only graduates . This list takes no account of the hundreds of students who received training at Biola for several months or even a year or more and who are actively witnessing for Christ in pastorates or Sunday- school classes. Then there are hundreds of graduates who, though engaged in so-called “secular” work, are using their Biola training as the Lord gives opportunity in personal work or in home churches or city missions. What has been said with reference to the Apostle Paul can be adapted thus to them: “Their business is to preach the gospel; they are merely making tents to pay expenses.” As the list appearing on these pages is neces sarily incomplete, the Alumni Secretary will welcome additional information about addresses and activities of graduates.—Editor.]
