Cellar Road Dry White A beautiful white wine with tropical fruit aromas. Flavour of peaches and apricot follow on the palate with a rich fruit salad and fresh lingering finish. A great easy drinking wine to enjoy on a summer afternoon.

Vineyards strategically planted on South-West facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current. Deep soils from decom posed granite, clay rich, with good drainage.

Vinification : Crush and destalk, 14 days fermentation at 13°C. Grapes and juice handled reductively to prevent oxidation.
