Cellar Road Rosé Inviting salmon pink colour with loads of fresh ripe strawberries raspberry plum and candy floss. Fresh lively finish with lingering fruit. A wine for the summer or as a partner to a light lunch.

Vineyards strategically planted on South-West facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current. Deep soils from decom- posed granite, clay rich, with good drainage.

NV Dry White 53%, Colom- bar 37%, Nouvelle 4%, Riesling 4%, Sauvignon Blanc 2% + 8 % red wine for colour.

Vinification : Crush and destalk, 14 days fermentation at 13°C. Grapes and juice handled reductively to prevent oxidation.
