Desirable • A Project Management qualification – e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, PMP Experience Essential • Significant experience in business transformation projects and change, leading complex transformation projects end-to-end within a fast- paced, large organization, including cultural, system, process, and people impact. • Proven ability to lead projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met. • Experience in leading business change project teams, including 3rd party teams. • Experience interacting with both business and IT stakeholders at all levels with excellent oral and written communication skills . Desirable • Consultancy experience. • Experience in a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager role. • Experience of working in virtual teams.
