Levesque (CONT’D FROM PAGE 14)

That same focus on developing others now shapes her leadership priorities. As AICC chairman, she has centered her term on a theme of “legacy and action,” with an em- phasis on preparing the next generation of leaders. Levesque’s involvement with AICC spans more than a decade and includes participation in the Emerging Lead- ers program, which has grown significantly during that time. What began as a smaller initiative has expanded into a larger, more structured pipeline for young professionals entering the industry. She described that growth as a meaningful shift in how the industry approaches succession and leadership devel- opment. The increasing number of young professionals engaging with AICC reflects both opportunity and neces- sity as companies plan for long-term continuity. Levesque also noted the role women often play in relationship-building within the industry. Corrugated’s col- laborative culture, including the willingness among com- panies to share knowledge and support one another, re- mains a defining characteristic. Looking back on her career, Levesque highlighted the importance of confidence and communication, particularly early on. She encouraged young professionals to speak up, ask questions, and bring forward solutions, even in en- vironments where they may feel less experienced.
