Sleever is a family-owned provider of shrink sleeve technologies, application equipment, and high-end decorating services. The company serves the consumer packaged goods and healthcare markets worldwide. With headquarters near Paris, France, and 11 manufac- turing sites across Canada, France, Germany, Belgium, Ireland, Poland, China and Brazil, Sleever generated ap- proximately $213 million in 2025 sales with an estimated 11.1 percent adjusted EBITDA margin. The transaction is expected to close by mid-2026 fol- lowing required procedures. Korozo Group has once again achieved an ‘A’ score for Climate from the Climate Disclosure Project (CDP), reflect- ing the company’s continued focus on structured climate governance, transparent reporting, and ongoing efforts to manage its climate-related impacts. The Climate Disclosure Project (CDP) is a global non-profit organization that operates an independent en- vironmental disclosure system, enabling companies, capi- tal markets, cities, states and regions to disclose and man- age information related to climate change, water security and forests. Korozo Group received the CDP Climate ‘A’ score for the second consecutive year, reflecting progress in its cli- mate governance, data quality and disclosure practices over the reporting period.
