A warm welcome to the Christmas 2025 edition of Journal of feedback This special Christmas edition of Feedback welcomes articles from all areas of our industry including technical articles, new product news, trade news, and some of our all-important membership benefits. This edition is bursting with technical stories from all areas of our industry, along with reports from CAI management and employees keeping you, our members, abreast of all developments. Included in this is the launch of our brand-new CAI Academy training facilities with further details being published on this in early 2026. In addition, we have our fantastic member benefits section within
the publication. Make sure you read and understand all the offerings from the CAI partners particularly from CAI’s riskhub and Fleet & Commercial our Insurers, as there are real savings to be had.
