you are aware we have one for the trade www.cai.org.uk that incorporates a members only area, and the other recently updated for consumers where they can easily find a CAI approved installer in their postcode area at; www.getmeviewing.org.uk . The CAI office has also had an upsurge in consumer calls of late, where they have requested our approved installer details. By doing our own postcode searches, we can provide all our members details to these consumers thus bringing in work for you. The Trade Gateway website is constantly being updated and is an excellent way of finding out new technical information including the most up to date Mux listing and Sky Transponder listings. A recent addition has been our complaints process online, and we are also considering banner advertising on the website as another platform for companies to use to advertise their products and services. Taking place at the Watford offices, the TrustMark internal Compliance Panel visited Charlene and Peter back in September 2025.
