Antiference & Global Invacom Partnership In February 2024, the Antiference product portfolio was enhanced by the newly formed partnership with Global Invacom. The GI Fibre IRS products were a welcome addition to the already vast product range offered by Antiference for the TV reception, distribution, AV & networking markets. Since the partnership was formed, the offering of products has gone from strength to strength with the Antiference development team working hard behind the scenes to provide an end-to-end solution for multi-dwelling units (MDU) or large installations such as hotels, commercial buildings and apartment blocks. These solutions include Fibre IRS, legacy and dSCR IRS systems, headends including DVBS/S2 transmodulation, DVBT and IP systems as well as traditional MATV systems over coaxial cable networks. The end-to-end solution now available from Antiference in partnership with Global Invacom offers a complete hardware supply from ‘dish to display’. Antiference iNex legacy and hybrid dSCR switches are compatible with FIRS GTU’s for seamless integration and can connect to the dwellings with Antiference 75 Series standard or Euro modular outlets. Furthermore, a range of
accessories such as HDMI devices are available including splitters and extenders over CAT6 cable plus a wide choice of HDMI cables. Antiference supplies this complete end-to-end solution through their network of independent distributors so contact your local supplier for further information on the products available. Technical support including system planning is an integral part of this process and Antiference also has this covered. With a team of technical support specialists with many years of experience working on these systems, you are in good hands for support before, during and after the installation process. The Antiference team has also been developing new products in other areas such as a new Mountsure TV mount with extend-out function, ideal for media wall installation. In the HDMI distribution range, a 200m 4K HDMI extender over IP. In the Clear Flow networking range, a WiFi6 in-wall access point (WAP6) & a Gb wireless link bridge (Beam ProV2). Also developed in 2025 a range of Starlink replacement cables for installations requiring longer lengths.
