Banquet Rooms are to be vacated at the contracted time. Should your event end after contracted time, the amount of $250.00 per additional hour will be incurred.
Room Capacity: Maximum of 250 guests, with Dance Floor.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS A deposit in the amount of 25% of the total is due when booking your event. The initial deposit reserves the banquet room, date and time and will be applied to the final bill. The estimated remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) business days prior to the event date. SERVICE CHARGE & SALES TAX Service charges, administration fee and sales taxes will be added to the cost of all food and beverage and applicable miscellaneous charges. The service charge of 22%, administration fee of 2% and sales tax of 9.25% is subject to change without notice. GUARANTEE The final guarantee must be confirmed three business days prior to your event. The final guarantee is not subject to reduction within 72 business hours of the event. This amount will be charged even if a lower number of guests should attend. Menu selects are required 14 days prior to the event date.
CANCELLATION POLICY The non-refundable deposit will be used as a
cancellation fee for any event canceled after a deposit has been made. Events that are canceled within 30 business days prior to the event will be subject to 80% of the estimated charges.
