HOTEL POLICIES

PLATED DINNER A plated dinner option may be substituted for the buffet at the same package pricing. Should you select to have a plated dinner option, one entree is suggested for all attendees; however you may have a maximum of two (2) entrees. If choosing two (2) entrees, the final count of each entree ordered must be submitted with the final guarantee at 72 business hours prior to event. CORKAGE FEE If wine, champagne or sparkling cider is brought in to the hotel to be served at the event, a Corkage fee of $15.00++ per opened bottle will be applied. The bottles must be provided to the hotel no later than 24 business hours prior to the event date. No further beverages of any kind may be brought in to the hotel. DECORATIONS The hotel does not permit any items to be affixed to the walls, floors or ceilings. Any decorations incorporating candles must be flame-less and approved by the hotel's catering department. FLOWERS Floral arrangements may be delivered one and a half hours prior to your event. The florist is responsible for the set up and removal. BAR ARRANGEMENTS The Courtyard by Marriott Santa Ana is the sole alcoholic beverage licensee on the hotel premises. It is subject to the regulations of the State Alcoholic Beverage Commission. Violations of these regulations may jeopardize the hotel's license.
