For over a decade, we have assessed human capital metrics that we consider to be key to our business, including health and safety, career growth and development, turnover, hiring and diversity, equity and inclusion. Employees have access to courses through our learning and development platforms , including Sanmina Online Education and Sanmina University, in addition to on the job training.
