None of Sanmina’s U.S. employees are represented by a labor union. In some international locations, our employees are represented by labor unions on either a national or plant level or are subject to collective bargaining agreements. Sanmina engages with its stakeholders and the RBA to better understand important issues that could have a potential impact on our business or the communities where we do business. Based on our communication with our stakeholders we have determined that the following are areas of focus for Sanmina: • Environmental: Climate change and waste management. • Social: diversity, equity and inclusion, human capital development, health and safety, employee support and responsible supply chains • Governance: ethical business practices, regulatory compliance and board diversity.
