town and campus Biola Departmental News HONG KONG Mrs. Robert Phillips sailed last month for Hong Kong where she will join her husband in work with the Biola Department there. Rev. Phillips will be replacing Dr. Charles A. Roberts who has been superintendent of the work in the Orient for over three decades. Prayer is asked for Mrs. Grace Roberts, now home in the United States, who has been ill. The Phillips have two children and will be working with the young peo­ ple of Immanuel Church and the Deep Well Youth Center. PH Y S ICA L EDUCAT IO N Robert McCollum, director of ath­ letics for Biola College, was awarded the Doctor of Education degree from the University of Oregon. Dr. Mc­ Collum joined the Biola faculty last fall. His teaching and coaching ex­ perience includes 15 months in Ber­ lin, Germany. He and his wife have two sons. A new basketball coach has been appointed for Biola College for the season. Mr. William Fisher, formerly with Taylor University, will join the staff for this purpose.
