CHARM
Vision4ce offers both hardware and software solutions for video tracking. FrameWorkx is a software based video tracker that can run on either a Linux or Windows platform based on Intel or ARM processors.
The Vision4ce CHARM hardware products are based on the FrameWorkx software which is hosted on an embedded board which uses a multicore ARM processor module. A range of board form factors are available with a variety of video interfaces supported including PAL, NTSC, YPbPr, HD- SDI, CameraLink, CoaxPress, and Ethernet for connection to the imaging sensors.

Image Processing Software
FrameWorkx is an image processing pipeline which is used to build an image processing software application. FrameWorkx runs on the CHARM image processing hardware and can also be supplied as a software only for other x86 and ARM based platforms.
The FrameWorkx software includes a number of discrete functional process blocks.

Digital Video Recorders
The Vision4ce GRIP PCs are high performance, rugged, computer platforms for image and video processing. Based on industrial PC hardware that is packaged in a rugged, sealed enclosure for use in harsh environmental applications. Vision4ce’s GRIP range uses high performance Intel Core i7 CPUs, which can also include NVIDIA GPUs to support complex graphics requirements or high performance computing applications using GPU processing.
The Vision4ce range of specialised and bespoke DVRs (digital video recorders) are based on the Vision4ce GRIP hardware and VMS software. The DVRs can incorporate the following capabilities:
• Recording of un-compressed video
• Recording of compressed video using H.264 and M-JPEG compression
• Recording of metadata
• Live pause, rewind, playback capability
• Removable media
• Bulk erase for rapid deletion of sensitive video
