PAUL B. GARVEY Paul B. Garvey is the Chief Engineer, Test & Training Division, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Eglin Air Force Base, FL. Mr. Garvey began his career in 1985 as an engineer at the Naval Ordnance Station, Indian Head, MD, and subsequently worked in several Navy Program Offices before becoming an Air Force engineer in 2003. In 2007, Mr. Garvey transitioned into Program Management before returning to the engineering career field in 2014. He has worked on a variety of weapons programs during his 33 year career.
