CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT KRISTINA BRICKER MONTGOMERY

SMSgt Kristina Bricker Montgomery serves as the Chief Enlisted Manager of Manpower, Personnel and Services, Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command, Hurlburt Field, Florida. She leads a total force of 700 personnel and manages an operations budget of $16 million throughout the command. Her leadership, direction and vision is influential on six wings, four groups and six specialized squadrons, having an effect on over 17,000 personnel worldwide. She advises commanders and senior leaders on the readiness, combat support, family member programs and all Air Force enlisted matters for the command.

SMSgt Montgomery entered the Air Force in June 1998. She graduated from the personnel apprentice course at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., in October 1998. Her background includes various personnel duties at the unit and major-command levels. Her assignments include bases in Colorado, Florida, and Texas. SMSgt Montgomery also served overseas in Japan, Saudi Arabia, Germany, and deployed in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM, the Combined Security Transition Command Afghanistan and Operations FREEDOM SENTINAL/RESOLUTE SUPPORT MISSION.
