1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: 1.1 - Cast Iron FR / Contract 6 mm FR / Cruise Liner FR and Cast Iron 8 mm FR / Contract 8 FR / Cruise Liner 8 FR Floor covering/carpet underlay made of polyurethane re-bonded chip foam core (6 or 8 mm - 140 kg/m³) with grey polyethylene film (20-30 µm and 15-25 g/m² for thickness 6 mm / 25-30 µm and 25-30 g/m² for thickness 8 mm) laminated to bottom surface and non-woven polypropylene (white coloured, 40 µm and 40 g/m² for thickness 6 mm / pink coloured, 100 µm and 40 g/m² for thickness 8 mm) laminated to the top surface. Cast Iron FR / Contract 6 mm FR / Cruise Liner FR Cast Iron 8 mm FR / Contract 8 FR / Cruise Liner 8 FR Nominal thickness 6mm 8mm Mass per unit area 909g/m² 1176g/m² For the tests, the products were glued on a 3 mm steel plate with adhesive "Styccobond F40" (application rate 120-150 g/m²; manufactured by F-Ball & Co. Ltd., UK). 1.2 - Cloud 9 Flame Retardant 6, Cloud 9 Flame Retardant 8 and Cloud 9 Flame Retardant 4 Floor covering/carpet underlay made of a reconstituted polyurethane chip foam type "160 CMP BY" (density 160 kg/m³) with a printed polyethylene film type "MC00007" (25-30 µm - 30 g/m²) laminated to the top surface and with a grey polyethylene film "type MC00006" (25-30 µm - 25 g/m²) laminated to the bottom surface.
