Reggie first had me fill out a chart about my career choices. Through this tool, I was able to look at the pros and cons of my job, and also answer questions about my dream job. But, more often, we just talked. He’d listen, and at the end of every discussion, he’d always have lots of suggestions. It seemed he was always three steps ahead.
