Post on your Facebook page once or twice a day.

The best times to publish Facebook posts for global engagement are Wednesdays at 11 a.m. and between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.

Currently, the best times to post on Facebook in general are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Weekdays and weekends show a significant drop-off after 5 p.m. To reach

students, the best posting times differ slightly, with Wednesday at 9 a.m. and Saturday at 5 p.m. as the best times for engagement.

Use the chatbot feature to prompt visitors to the Facebook page to ask questions.

Use hashtags appropriately. Aim to use one or two hashtags per post that are relevant to the subject of the post.

For maximum visibility and engagement, post on Instagram at least once a day but no more than three times a day.

To maximize engagement on Instagram, stay within the ideal character lengths for captions and advertisements. The ideal length of an Instagram caption is 138-150 characters.

Keep ad captions under 125 characters so that the text shows up on smal ler screens and doesn’t get truncated.

The ideal number of hashtags for Instagram captions is five to 10. Although you can have up to 30 hashtags in one post, engagement rates start to drop after ten hashtags.

You should stick to hashtags less than 24 characters long.
