INGREDIENTS • 1 cup fresh orange juice • 1/2 cup milk (coconut, almond/substitute plain or vanilla yogurt) • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries • 1/2 cup mango • 1/2 cup pineapple • 1 tsp freshly minced ginger • Optional: 1-2 tsp raw honey; a handful of fresh baby spinach; 1-2 tbsp almond butter DIRECTIONS

CHIN TUCK | SUPINE While lying down on your back with a small rolled up towel in the small curve of your neck, slowly draw chin towards your chest. The back of your neck will rise and the base of your neck should stay in contact with the towel. Then slowly turn your head in one direction and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 3 times in each direction. While I still very much enjoy being able to help people through physical therapy interventions, my wife and I have decided to relocate our family to South Korea. This is where my wife was born and raised, and where her parents reside. With the current pandemic and resulting uncertainties (particularly in my wife’s career), we decided that now is as good a time as any to make the move so that my boys (ages 1 and 4) may get to know my wife’s parents and the Korean language and culture in which she was raised. I am very thankful for the opportunity I have had to work with each one of the patients and the fantastic staff at FYZICAL. I have grown significantly, both professionally and personally, during my time here. While I am saddened to say goodbye, I know that I am leaving you in good hands with the very capable and caring crew at FYZICAL in Butler.
