Andrew Mackenzie – General Practice Surveying

Andrew has worked as a specialist commercial Real Estate recruiter since 2004. At MRG, Andrew focusses on all aspects of multi-sector General Practice (MRICS) positions, including Asset Managers, Investment Managers, Development Managers, Fund Managers, Commercial Agents and Occupier Advisory Surveyors. Andrew’s specialism is in retained value-add and mission critical mandates. Prior to joining MRG, Andrew worked for two of the market leading contingency focussed recruiters, working on a mix of contingency and retained assignments for a wide variety of multi-sector (retail, industrial, office, logistics and leisure/licenced leisure) clients. He has worked with a wide range of Real Estate clients, including occupiers, developers, commercial advisors, practices, agents, retailers and logistics focussed organisations.

Andrew graduated with a BSc Land Management from the University of Portsmouth and in his spare time he is a very keen cyclist and runner.

Nisha Kaur – Business Administrator/Delivery Consultant

Nisha joined our Higher Education Practice as a Business Administrator/ Researcher after spending 7 years within property management. She is responsible for supporting and assist- ing in the delivery of our estates and facilities management search campaigns. This includes the research and identification of prospective candidates and acting as a link between the team and our Marketing Manager to coordinate campaign advertising. Following completion of a Foundation Degree (FdA) in Business with Marketing, Nisha gradu- ated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2015 with a BA Honours Degree in Business Administration.

Fatima Ali – Marketing Manager

Graduating in 2012 with a Masters in Marketing Management, Fatima has spent the last six years in Property Marketing. Starting her career at the former Athletes’ Village following the London Olympics working with Delancey and Qatari Diar transforming what was a place where the athletes lived to a sought after neighbourhood in the East End of London. Fatima continued her career in property marketing by working at Carter Jonas, heading up their marketing for the Planning and Development division and working at Empiric Student Property, setting up the Hello Student brand and marketing 10,000 beds across 36 towns and cities in the UK.
