In his new position, Hoff- man will direct day-to-day op- erations of St. John Properties’ national portfolio of nearly 17 million square feet of commer- cial office, R&D/flex, retail and CHARLOTTE, NC — RMF Engineering announced the opening of a new full-service office in Charlotte. The new of- fice enables RMF to offer highly localized mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineer- ing services for healthcare, higher education, local and federal government projects in the greater Charlotte area. Additional services, including civil, structural, and com- missioning engineering will continue to be provided from RMF’s Raleigh office. The new office is being led by Avery Monroe, PE, LEED AP , a mechanical engineer and project manager who was ap- pointed branchmanager for the Charlotte office. Monroe has been with RMF for 12 years.
