In addition, the reno- vation includes the construction of the 15,000 s/f pad site and playground for The Learning Experience. TheAzarian Group will also be implementing new signage criteria for the newly designed façade and pylon sign. Construction is anticipated to be completed by the spring of 2014. In other news,Azarian Realty Co. has leased 31,223 s/f across four New Jersey properties. Azarian Realty Co. has en- tered into five new leases since receiving the assignment to perform the leasing and man- agement services at the Wash- ington Town Center. The shop- ping center is located at 273 Pascack Rd. in Washington Twp.
