Elquator provides various Renewable Energy solutions capable of supplying essential initial power for large facilities. Our advanced Stand-Alone Hydro (SAH) system delivers clean energy by harnessing water recycling. Using a stand-alone setup is environmentally friendly and can lead to substantial cost savings.

Elquator shall install a 1MWW Stand-Alone Hydro (SAH) system. This system will supply power to the facility in accordance with the agreed terms.

Our Stand-Alone Hydro system can operate independently and generate any amount of energy as designed. It utilizes small amounts of energy to produce large outputs by harnessing water's kinetic energy. For clarity, we divided the system into two sections. One part efficiently generates power for immediate use, sale, or storage, while the other ensures the system's self- sustainability and provides a reliable backup. The key components of the stand-alone micro-hydro system are central to its function. AC generators, pumps, and various sizes and lengths of metal pipes are essential. The control unit is custom-made based on the project's requirements. The H beam and ankle iron constitute 80% of the system's structure and are easily recyclable.

HOW THE SAH SYSTEM WORKS

Setting up a system that can generate clean energy is relatively straightforward. However, scaling it can be a significant challenge. The difficult part is ensuring stability and profitability. Cutting costs is a smart move in an industry with slow growth, rising expenses, and increased competition. ElQuator offers an advanced solution that integrates easily into existing architecture. It simplifies the procurement process for energy storage with complete planning, deployment, and fully managed sustainable construction, as follows:

The 1MW Stand-Alone Hydro system, which operates independently, can provide the essential electricity supply to power the facility.

This Stand-Alone Hydro system, meticulously engineered to energize the facility, exemplifies our dedication to precision and efficiency, being designed with utmost accuracy and effectiveness. The cost of a 1MW system is 14,000,000.00 MYR per unit, with an additional 7% installation charge. The price does not include handling, transportation, and logistics charges.

Service and maintenance are billed at RM0.03 per kilowatt-hour.

Provided that the service and maintenance schedule is adhered to, the system has an operational lifespan of up to 25 years.

RETURN ON INVESTMENT

Return on investment calculated at: 14,980,000.00 MYR (system’s price includes 7% installation fees) divided by 763,502 MYR (savings from monthly power reduction of 734,400 MYR + carbon credit income of 29,102 MYR) = estimated at 19.6 months. After 19.6 months, the system will generate free electricity with minimal service and maintenance costs.

Electricity is used per month at an estimated 24 hours a day. 1000kWh (1MW) x 24 hours x 30 days = 720,000 kW per month

The electricity price in Kenya is 1.02 MYR (0.24 USD) per kilowatt hour. 720,000 kW per month x 1.02 MYR = 734,400 MYR per month Carbon credit income of around 327 clicks per month. Carbon credit calculated from 720,000kW / 2,200kW per click. Priced around 379.25 MYR (89.00 USD) per click. 327 clicks x 379.25 MYR = 29,102 MYR
