FUTURE FASHION STARS: BEHIND THE SEAMS FUTURE FASHION STARS Do you have a passion for fashion? Do you like being creative? How about having fun with friends while making something awesome! Join a one-of-a-kind enrichment program created by industry professionals and fashion educators. Students will work individually and as a team to create their designs while fashion educators teach them each step. Skills taught include creating a concept/theme, styling, shaping, illustration, design techniques, basic sewing and more! All materials are provided and students keep the designs they create. Friends and family are invited to a very special fashion show at the end of each class series, showcasing the designs the students created! Music Explorers is a fun and engaging introduction to music for elementary-aged children. Participants will explore musical concepts such as rhythm, beat and melody through interactive games, movement and hands-on experience with a variety of instruments. This eight-week workshop, designed for elementary-aged students, will teach participants the basics of storytelling and fairy tales using simple shadow puppetry. Students will design their own characters and work together to tell short stories from books and their favorite movies. They create their own backgrounds and even write original stories to tell. At the end of the eight weeks, the students will get to take home the shadow puppets they created.

MUSICAL THEATER DANCE MELISSA GOULD
This 1-hour dance class is specifically tailored for youth grades 5-8 with minimal dance experience. Taught by retired professional dancer Melissa Gould, you'll learn (or review) the basics of Jazz and Musical Theatre dance and learn fun combos as well! Great preparation for children who plan to do musical theatre on stage.
