Kristen also works closely with legal and regional clinical teams to strengthen policies and processes. Renee has been an invaluable source of stability and support during the community’s transition to Cedarhurst. Alyssa Becker Executive Director, Cedarhurst of Bethalto
Alyssa’s journey with Cedarhurst reflects her leadership, dedication, and continued growth. She joined the organization in 2020 as Director of Community Relations before advancing to Sales Specialist in 2022 and Assistant Executive Director in January 2025. In August, Alyssa was promoted to Executive Director at Cedarhurst of Bethalto. Throughout each role, she has embraced new challenges while building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members. Alyssa embodies Cedarhurst’s core values through her positive approach, commitment to others, and willingness to lead by example.
