2/3 of homes have at least a 1-car garage.
SUMMER GETTING TO YOU? Central air conditioning is very common with over 85% of homes having this valuable comfort feature.
Swimming pool? Not likely. Very few homes (< 3%) have an existing pool, either above ground or in-ground.
